When we change, things change. I don’t mean changing WHO we are. Hell no! I believe we’re each born with a unique set of aspirations and innate talents we’re meant to embrace, develop and share with the world. I’m saying the path to creating a sustainable improvement – or total transformation – at work or at home, requires developing NEW ways of thinking, feeling, being and doing.
How do I know this? Years of striving to get the results I wanted by doing things the way I’d learned in school and in life (including trying to change who I am, other people and external circumstances) resulted in lots of fleeting success and a whole lot more chaos, anxiety - and - full blown job burn out at the age of 27.
After learning (the hard way) what didn’t work, I focused my energy on discovering what does. I embarked on an intensive learning journey. Along the way I found my MOJO and developed the confidence, and the life & leadership skills, productive habits & wellbeing I needed to consciously create the personal & professional experiences, results and fulfillment I was seeking.
Consequently, I am passionate about helping others people do the same. My holistic approach to personal & leadership development is rooted in the wisdom gained from the multitude of joyful and painful lessons learned from my life & leadership journey and 30+ years facilitating the learning, growth, healing & success of individuals, leaders and teams.
